Steam Setup Bypass on Windows Machines

First you need to bypass fortinet and connect the pc to your phone's hotspot
Download steam from here: https://store.steampowered.com/about/
Then make a batch file with this script in the same directory as steamsetup
set __COMPAT_LAYER=runasinvoker
start SteamSetup.exe

You need to select a directory in your user folder in order for it to work properly.
There u go, this allows u to install steam on the school computers
